HOW WE GOT OUR START!
Our grandma was born & raised in the mountains of Michoacan, Mexico; having to cook from scratch was a daily routine for her.
Using some traditional purepechan herbs & spices, she made some of best food around.
Now brought to East Texas by us, the Picena & Sanchez family; with an added local twist of ingredients we managed to be in business since 2001.
We thank our teammates & the community that has supported us along the way.
We hope to expand as we offer our teammates the opportunity to own their own Little Mexico!
